Fisher Island Custom Millwork

The work here is almost entirely high-specification residential: kitchens with sequenced veneer, primary suites with full closet systems, paneled studies and libraries, wet bars, and media walls where the technology has to disappear entirely. Material budgets support figured veneers, solid-wood construction, and hand-rubbed finishes, and the expectation is that every reveal is measured in millimeters.

Everything is fabricated and finished in our own shop, which matters more here than anywhere. There is no opportunity to adjust a component on site with a router and hope for the best. Work arrives finished, protected, and correct, or it goes back on the boat.

We coordinate directly with the building management, the interior designer, and the general contractor, and we handle the approvals, certificates, and scheduling that island access requires so the owner is not managing logistics on our behalf.

A project here is judged on two things: whether the joinery holds up to close inspection, and whether the process was invisible to everyone else in the building.

• Proven before it ships. Components are dry-assembled and reviewed complete in the shop so nothing is resolved on site.
• Ferry logistics owned by us. Scheduling, vehicle capacity, staging, and consolidated loads are our problem, not yours.
• Building approvals handled. Management submittals, insurance certificates, and permitted hours arranged before delivery.
• Materials at the level expected. Sequenced and figured veneers, solid-wood construction, and hand-applied finishes.
• Discreet on site. Protected corridors, quiet crews, and a punch list closed before we demobilize.
